Acne is a disorder that causes skin eruptions and inflammation in human beings. It occurs principally during the adolescence/teenage years – the Pimple Phase, so to speak, which is suffered or endured by nearly 90% of the young population. But Acne is also quite commonly seen in adults.
Exfoliate your skin with baking soda. Often times a version of baking soda is used in cosmetic micro dermabrasion treatments. You can give yourself a mini micro dermabrasion treatment by mixing one teaspoon of baking soda with the two teaspoons of filtered water. Then gently rub the mixture on your acne scar for sixty seconds then rinse it off.
Use vitamins: Vitamins E and C can be very helpful. Vitamin E can make any wound heal faster and vitamin C can also speed up the healing process. You can use these vitamins in the form of a cream, or absorb them directly, by eating foods that contain them. Neem: This has been used to treat various kinds of skin conditions since ages. The neem leaves can be crushed and applied to the affected area on face or neem powder may be used. Mix a teaspoon of neem powder with a pinch of turmeric and few drops of neem oil. Apply this paste on the face and then wash. Neem has medicinal properties and is one of the effective herbal remedies for acne and blemishes.
A raw potato is cheap and brilliant acne natural cure, especially for whiteheads. The vitamin C makes your skin glow, and alkaline in the potato kills the bacteria on your face. The potato also has an exfoliating effect helping you to get rid of dead skin cells. Papaya fruit produces similar effect; you should also use it raw.
Proper habits are also important for naturally curing acne. The acne affected parts must not be touched with hands, since it will induce the bacterial infections. Washing the acne affected parts three times or more is also a necessity to avoid the spreading of the infection and oil nature of the skin. It is also to avoid the oily hair, getting in touch with acne since more oil will help to increase the intensity of the disease. The use of chemical moistures and other cosmetics is also not advisable since it may result in worsening of the condition, by any kind of reaction with inner fluids.
Go for diet rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin E and Vitamin C , these vitamins prevent acne and acne scars resulting from them .Apply paste of sandal wood and fresh basil leaves .Avoid fried or oily, packaged and processed food. Try to make raw fruits and vegetables your first choice. Drink enough water everyday.
Take burdock root at every meal (one capsule or 30 drops of tincture). Alternatively, make a tea using 1 teaspoon burdock per cup of boiling water. Allow to steep for 10 minutes and drink several times daily.
