Household Tips for Diabetic Person

Do not overlook the Doctor’s prescriptions.

Tips for a normal Food Chart for  a person of 152 cm long, 55 kg weight for 1600 calorie

Morning           :- Milk – 200 ml / Curd – 1 bowl / Egg – 1 / Bread slice – 2 / Wheat – 50 gms

Mid Morning :- Fruits – 50 to 100 gms (Papaya / Apple / Orange etc.) + Wheat – 20 gms / Paneer – 20 gms

Afternoon       :- Chapaati – 3 / Rice 1 to 2 bowl / Salad.

Evening            :- Tea – 1 cup / Biscuit – 2 to 3.

Night                   :- Chapaati  – 3 / Vegetable – 1 bowl / Salad.

After 2 hours of dinner drink water.

Before Sleep       :- Milk – 150 ml.

Recommended add ons for better digestion while eating Dal and Vegetables

With Lady’s finger, Cabbage, Paalak Saag  take  Curd

With Chana or Rajma caurd take  Curd

With Makhani Dal or Urad Dal take  Pickles

With Arhar Dal take  Lemon and Rice and Chapaati

With Masoor Dal take  Rice and chapati

With Arbi take  Ajvain

 

 

These Combinations will help in keeping away from Swellingin body due to indigestion.
